Quick question, if anyone's still out there--
I'm picking up some knitting again (after a year or so stand off with my needles), and I'm reading this pattern and thinking--what the hell do all these abbreviations mean?

If anyone could just help my lameass self, that'd be great.

Ex. CO 1st., pm, k1tbl, p4, etc.

I know what the CO and p stands for, clearly, but knit 1 tbl? Thanks in advance.

Feeling:: cold cold

Cast on 1 stitch, place marker, knit one through the back loop, purl 4. I assume this is an assortment of instructions picked randomly, because that makes no sense. :)

knit one through the back loop. You know how there's an increase stitch that's through the front and back of the loop? Well, this one is JUST through the back.
